If you are still missing a handful of files, and they're not in the previous posts, let me know and I'll try to manually get them to you. This will most likely be caused by GUI mods.

The only file I needed from ThisDoesntWork was the file table thing.

Only need 4 files. I can live with that.
here's to hoping this works.. .cause i have been fooling with the d/l's fora lil while now, and i think i got them all situated right.... IDK what else to do if it doesnt work

just found this out, for those of you who downloaded the game through steam, you might have to take this path:
C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\ffxi\SquareEnix\FINAL FANTASY XI 1min download vs. 6hrs 10mins on PoL, oh man i hope this works.
OK so I downloaded "This Works" and I've been trying to extract the files into Program Files --> Playonline --> Sq. Enix --> Final Fantasy XI but I'm getting errors saying stuff like "Access is denied". Can anyone help? D:

Regarding, the "patch.txt" file, when I click on this link, it just brings up a bunch of text, rather than a download message/window. Can you help me know what to do with this? Just right-click and "Save As" or "Save Link As..." to the same folder.
