You realize, it's gonna be the lower your mana the higher ur dmg right? It's to help blu deal out more dmg when their mp gets lower... so no, it's gonna be slightly less good for taru lol.

depends entirely on your stp set for sam. With the new GKs being 420 delay this may be a must for the stp sets. Plus a little enmity never hurts for tanks. Not to mention this will be much easier to get, bullwhip will prolly be harder imo.

Single-hit attacks usually are capped acc (Or always?) so the -20 Acc likely won't hurt you, depending on what else you have.
