Weapon Choice, Quick Question

I am leveling Dnc atm, and I reached level 54 tonight, so I have a new dagger choice to make, however I forget how atk correlates to base dmg on a weapon. I am Dw bone knives+1, which have base dmg 18 on them and also acc+5 and atk+5... now I was thinkin of upgrading to darksteel jambiya which has on the NQ version acc+1 and base dmg of 20, or the HQ version which has base dmg at 21 and acc+2. I am not really sure if that is worth the trade off.
