Actually, along the lines of cooking.

My mule has 91 cooking and id like to finish it to 100, what would be the best route to get the last 9 levels?

Power level ur way to 99 making Sweet Rice Cakes. Then suck up the few hrs farming and make Cursed Soup to 100. I think it took me near 8 hours to farm enough Royal Jelly to ding 100 and I was on 75 THF3 at the time. Some dropped back to back. Other times I would complete the circle 2-3 times before I seen another.

Fishing use to have good money until everyone and their mother started botting which leads to undercutting.. take a look at gugrusaraus used to sell fast for 20k now they sell for 9-12k... for such a hard fish to catch there is sure alot on the market all the time...

That's using bots and all that jazz. From what I understand, the best way to make gil from fishing is with an Ebisu, selling Liks and Gugr------'s

His statement is correct though. Take away the botters, everyone then has to fish manually like their supposed to. Which will result in less time put into fishing daily. Nobody wants to spend 10 hours everyday fishing manually. I'm sorry, but Unfrgvnhate's statement is completely correct. No botters means less supply. Demand won't change, it is what it is. Small supply with high demand would make prices go back up. Botting has indeed affected the economy. Saying otherwise is ignorant. Only a botter would defend otherwise...

If anything, Demand would go back up too because of less people botting their own fish for food. Simple economics. Learned it in college.

considering I, as well as my "fishing buddies" all sell our fish to NPCs, we don't impact the economy at all. Also, yea botters give more supply, but most of the time, botters aren't the ones selling for cheap. Its the other people undercutting b/c they want to "teach the botters a lesson" lol what these people don't understand is...if I can't sell it on the AH for a decent profit, I either move to something else or NPC everything. For most of the higher skill fish, you get just as much from NPCs as you do from the AH....

Your statement is merely an opinion. People "teaching the botters a lesson" is not a factual statement. Bots allow people to catch more fish, more fish caught means more fish to sell. When you have a ton of fish to sell just like the rest of the botters your gonna cut prices to sell yours first. It's a circle of price jacking to sell what you HAVE TOO MUCH OF ALREADY.

The things you and your friends do does not mean the rest of the FF community is doing the same. Selling fish to NPC does in fact affect the economy. Your bringing money into the economy that was not there before. It's NPC gil, not players' gil. I fish legit and have no intentions of losing myself gil to teach anyone a lesson. What lesson is there to teach? Botters are still going to catch more fish than me, thus making more money than I do.

true but it isn't purely botters that are at fault. Other "normal" players do the same thing. They undercut like a *** too then blame botters. Everytime something goes wrong, its a botters fault.
Oh Hauby is 100k instead of 1mil? Farm botters are at fault.

More people have black belts? O.o Claim botters are at fault.

More black sole on AH which = more sole sushi and for cheaper prices. Fish botters are at fault.

It also comes to a point where people blame EVERYTHING on botters, even when a botter didn't do it.

He out claimed me! He is a claimbot (no you suck)
He invited someone for a tele before me! He is a telebot. (no you suck)
He has more gil than me! He bots it all (no you suck)

Grow up people. You need to realize that botters aren't alone in *** with the economy. You "normal" players are just as guilty.

I fail to see what is so funny. You play legit. Good for you. You don't try to *** with people that don't play like you. Good for you. Not everyone is like you.

There are people that undercut certain fish (Nebimonite in particular) just to spite the botters that fish them. The problem is that not only does it hurt the botters (for a very very short period of time) it also hurts the legit fishers that need those fish for money.

Also, do you know how many times I get GMs called on me just for STANDING by a body of water with a rod equip? God forbid I actually fish when someone is around...

Just thought I'd show you the statement you made. Considering your sentence would include me as one of those "other people" I just thought I'd show you you're wrong. Your stating opinion and basing it as factual. Sorry, but I don't have to point this out to the other people reading this thread, only you.

Did I say you specifically? No. I didn't associate you at all with those "other people." You did. You placed yourself in that category. Also, yea other people DO undercut certain fish just to spite them. Idk how you see that as false seeing as how it happens all of the time.

I think you are just angry b/c I don't play like you...which means everything you say is completely biased and holds no truth at all.

I do believe that my arguments were valid seeing as how they did/do/will continue to happen. You call me stupid for absolutely no reason at all. Why don't you move to Leviathan and name yourself Pimpchan. You both act just alike it seems.

Vintaru is correct.

Increasing the supply of money by selling fish to NPCs will have an inflationary effect on the economy.

The "under-cutting to spite botters" is simply Supply and Demand. It's actually the botters who are undercutting each other because they need inventory space for the next day's catch.

so when others undercut, its just supply and demand but if botters undercut, its undercutting and we all need to grab our torches and pitchforks?

Incorrect. Undercutting is a result of supply and demand; specifically when supply outpaces demand. It happens with Wind Crystals (which are rarely botted) and it happens with fish (which is botted).

of course undercutting happens all of the time, but the way I read vintaru's statement, botters are only being undercut by other botters and legit players never do anything wrong especially undercutting.

The fact that you play 360 reinforces the fact that you don't know half of what you are talking about.
