The one that requires 30 coins of decay and 20 kindred crests breaks triple digits as well. And requires about 1/100th of the time.
It also gets the WS, just not the aftermath. Tachi: Fudo does double damage, so it should be pretty good. =o
This is a great alternative to working on the Amano for serious endgame Samurai's now.
It's hard to get 30 coins when people that don't have the weapons lot on it for "later"

i'm wanting to start the path towards a Masamune looking on the wiki website i get confused with all the trials as they split off in different directions. Could anyone tell me the starting trial that i need and weapon to choose.. and posibly each trial to choose to the most recent upgrade.. any advice would be great, i dont have any of the Great Katana trails compleated. thank you if you respond :OP if this is a serious post...
do each trial in each box that leads up to whatever trial you want. pretty straightforward. yea but they split to different things like you start a trial you do what it asks.. yea i get the but then on the next one you get 2 options with 2 different outcomes. i want to make sure i take the right path so i dont waiste hours.. thats the bit that confuses me. if it was do this trial = you get this item next do this and so on ..
Mabie it is just me and i'm making it out to be more than it is.. just trying to researce it and not waiste my time in game..

644 > 645 > 646 > 647 > 648 > 649 > 650 > 651 > 1554 > 1555 > 2117 > 2523
