There is an Aussie/NZ shell that runs those times on Leviathan already. I do Nyzul with them (I start at 1AM Central Time). I also do dynamis with an Aussie shell (We don't enter until 2AM Central Time). It works pretty good.

In general they do pretty much every type of "end-game" event. It's called ShadowRavenloft for those wanting to know.
