It says aug, I put it into GIMP & blew it up.
Maybe like signed items if sold thru the AH it will lose its Augmented Features.
It already said "Once an item is augmented, it cannot be sold or traded in any way."
Not sure if that counts for NPCs too. Either way, it's either NPC or toss when done with it.
