Krizz has a good, solid job. Just to add to how he got to where he is now. Civilian positions for the DoD like that you have a degree, but may waive the requirement based on your performance from previous employers. I don't know exactly what Krizz did in the Marines, but I know in the Air Force if you proved yourself for a civilian position then you'll be at the top of the list. I've had it happen a couple times in this past year. Someone got out for tolerable reasons, but we had an open civilian slot that they filled the following day of being discharged.
