You have a RDM75 PL no? Can goto Mount Z and nuke/Sleep until it uses it. My friend went BLU and soloed em for me. x.x
If I remember correctly, Refueling is TP move? If so nuke/sleep isn't going to do a whole lot.
Don't need to wait for the weather. Just check with weather NPC to get 3 day forecast. Selbina has the NPC for that zone.
Your BLU should just stand by zone or close enough to get battle info if you're not fighting the clusters by the zone. SMN just sics carby and waits for recast if needed.
