	Images are practically guaranteed drops, but the visions are very rare. In 15 runs, I've gotten a total of 3 visions (One of each). I'm not 100% sure of the group required to defeat this ENM, but what I can tell you is that if properly equipped, a monk can easily solo this ENM (and is very well worth the effort due to the ring as a possible drop).
