Drops from monsters in Zi'tah [E], but I've had the most luck with Eschan Yztargs (near where the Tree is in regular Zi'tah).
Used to enhance equipment obtained from NM's in the zone.

These can drop off on any regular monster (confirmed) in Escha - Zi'Tah as well as from lottery NM's and Geas Fete NM's.

They function in the same manner as Airlixirs for Delve Gear by enhancing gear dropped off from NM's in the zone.
