Easily one of the fastest ways to get fame in Abyssea - Misareaux. It takes roughly 17 of these(singles) traded to Hungry Wolf at conflux 3 to max fame there.
To make things even better you can get leg seals for Pup|Drk|Rng|Rdm at a roughly 10% rate plus 600 crour per. You must zone in between doing the quest, but if your quick about it you can use roughly 1min 30 seconds per run of actual stone time.
Its rumored that using HQ sausages will make the chance of getting a seal increase, tho from my personal experience I dont find that to be true. Still great for fame tho.
Don't forget the often overlooked fact that you can EAT these things. My Galka friends these are a MUST for low level exping. +7 STR +50 Atk + 50 RAtk. Base, not a %, which is amazing at low levels. You're welcome.
