And looking at Jinxy's post date (2007) That tells me that it was posted before the update. There's no valid reason Jinxy should be downrated to hell for that.
Anyways; I never saw the use of this Ninjutsu as Ichi. Ni seems like it would have more use for building hate since the Ichi version takes so long to cast. Even then you should be stacking Jubaku/Hojo/Kurayami first thing, they help a lot more with your tanking/soloing..
