It still costs a lot because there's only one per character, there's so many quests to get to it, and because BLM has to have it in so many settings.

The 6 flag quests are really easy, just require help for some of them and are time consuming.
The actual quest for this is pretty easy, the fight wasnt as hard as expected.
75 BST/NIN, 75NIN/WAR, 63THF/NIN(me), and 60 BLM/WHM(healer)took him down nicely.
Well worth it whether your a BLM or just selling it for gil.
