One of the highest if not the highest amount of +MP food out there. I use this during ENMs or short time fights. Not recommended for long time parties as mages seldom get the opportunity to rest till full anyway.
For long time parties try a 3 hour food like marron glace and sweet rice cakes which is 1k in Midgardsormr or mushroom stew, which is a lil pricey but worth it if you're leveling those lvl 60+ mage jobs.
As a crafter, it pains me to see ppl undercutting this item. 3k?! Come on now! Where do you get gil from?
Xylia, I have to disagree. While I agree you can't make a ton of money fast like you can with some other synths. It is still profitable none the less. and if you farm for as much as you can you can raise the profit margin even higher. 1000+ gil profit for 3 synths isn't bad.

If the +mp from these just isn't doing it for you any more, there are % based mp foods which will give you a bigger bonus when you have a decent sized mp pool. Here are a few I personally use/sell from time to time.

This synth isn't that bad if you know where to get the ingrediants and dont mind the long prep time for it. Even at 4k a stack it's a good synth for profit.
In answering 'where do you get gil from' ive estimated that if you make your own Gelatin ( Fire Crystal + Distilled Water and a Giant Femur = x4 nq ( Giant Femur easily from in either bubu or altepa)) , make your own Maple Sugar ( Lightning Crystal + Maple Log = x3 nq)and make your own Selbina Butter ( Ice Crystal + Selbina Milk and Rock Salt= x4 nq)then the net cost per stack assuming purchase of Crystals is about 1.5k. The Guild is your friend!!
