Fisherman, dont put the gil into the culinary crafter's pockets, put it into your own and charge higher prices for the sole. People need Sole sushi anyways, the fish is in DEMAND, therefore treat the item as such and charge 1-2k higher, people will still buy it.
Best catching spot/setup that I have used is North Qufim shore with Lu'shang Rod and a Sinking Minnow. You can use Shrimp Lure as well but you have to be selective because you will also catch Tiger Cod and Herring.
In regards to Zaxlon & suggesting you raise the Black Sole prices.
As a cook, that doesn't bother me one bit, it will bother the buyers a ton though. When the prices go up, people don't buy as fast, and we can raise the sushi price up.^^ It all works out in the end. It's just up to you how much you want us to charge the others.

the minimum the guild will pay you for these is 9444g/stack. if youre putting these up for 10k or less on the AH, you should consider just NPCing them and putting something else on the AH instead.
