Drops very frequently from the Coeurls in Abyssea-Attohwa. I get about 5 stacks in less then 2 hours without THF or even /THF.

ATTN Chefs: Farm this, with AH rates on Cerberus server 4 stacks a day is kinda slow if you're doing skill ups or profit synths. ~40% drop in Meriphataud Mountains and The Sanctuary of Zi'Tah
