I always use shrimp in there bite rate about 1/4. Though sometimes that takes a good 10 in a row of nothing or monsters. I've gone 0/100 on rogue rig though lol
The shrimp lure tends to isolate the zebra eels from the gold lobsters, however, it also attracts more junk, like items and monsters. Sinking minnow seems to be more efficient, but you'll also catch a lot of gold lobsters in the process.
