Using this before a Voidwatch Op [by trading it to the Rift] will increase your Green Spectral Alignment.
Doing so increases the amount of Cruor gained from that Voidwatch Op.
You may use up to 3 of them at once, for a total of 75% Green Alignment. [25% per cell.]
I just obtained one from a brown casket in Zeruhn Mines. I'm going to guess that they can be in any brown chests in the new Grounds of Valor areas or just certain ones.
For anyone confused by Soraia's comment, you do not need this to enter a voidwatch arena. Thats how it reads, but its not true, you don't need anything really, but if you want treasure you need a stone, and if you want a better chance at good treasure + amount of you use cells.
