Just soloed this as 75blm/rdm, seemed to have pretty low hp, 10,000-12,000 maybe. Kited it around the fountain on the top floor and seemed to lose hate pretty quickly. I did have +8% movement bonus though so keep that in mind.
The Ghost has been reported seen in Cap.cassies room, as well as near Miser Murphy's spawn. I spotted him in Miser Murphy's room.
As for the NM, its pretty high level, 80+, -SPAMS- Grave Wheel like its going out of Style. It does not cast spells making it harder to kite (Unknown resistance to Bind/Gravity).
Its a *** NM, has a high TP Regain / or high Store TP, as it uses Grave Wheel more than you would expect.

Just soloed it, extremely easy for BLM/WHM, no enhanced movement speed. Just dot and kite. Poison and drown have never been resisted.
