This drops from Glavoid, a "boss" Sandworm in Abyssea - Tahrongi. in order to pop it you need a slew of Key items from multiple NMs that spawn in the zone, all of which are not 100% and some of which even require pop items themselves to spawn.

Needless to say its a tough item to come by, from a tough NM to spawn.

That being said, theres a little fun-fact, Glavoid is (apparently) a alternative romanization of "Graboid".

Graboids are fictional creatures from the (Awesome as-hell) Movie series called "Tremors", They were large Worm-like creature that moves under the ground.

Great movies btw, kinda cheesy but god they're fun to watch.

kills glavo 30 times have only seen 1. so im sure drop rate is very low on it.
