Double attack rate seems to be incredibly close to the original War trait,
1 Thunder maneuver = 5% Double Attack
2 = 15%
3 = 30%
With two hour it seems to proc every other hit with 3 Thunder Maneuvers up.
This part will stack with Turbo Charger, and does not give the Sharpshot frame double attack with ranged attacks.
