It's a "pricewar" between HQ-Cheating RMT's driving the price down, normal crafters are'nt even trying.
Unfortunately the RMT can use their vast wealth to buy up the cheap orbs and resell later when they get the price back up.
If anti-hacker crafters want to make a difference they have to sell via trade to real players.
