This is one of the few Arasy items that is legitimately good. Aside from afterglow Farsha, this is the best axe for Cloudsplitter. Alluvion Axe can deal more damage, but you are losing out on a good deal of accuracy by augmenting it with MAB over Accuracy. Considering where we are at this point, it's probably not worth losing out on 21-22acc. Especially because this axe will put even newer WARs at the ideal TP for Cloudsplitter at 1k tp.
