Clarification: yes the Fragrant Ram Skin recipe uses a water crystal, but the High Breath Mantle uses an ice crystal. I'm not sure if the skin recipe was noted incorrectly at the time of Kiara's post, but all is correct below now.
Also, be aware that this synth also requires possession of the permanent key item "Leather Ensorcellment" which is purchased with 40k guild points from Alivatand at the Leathercraft guild in Southern San d'Oria.
