Lessee... Store TP+10 (Sibat) vs. the harder-hitting, higher delay Eminent Lance, which, and I've seen it happen, can give a buttload of tp on it's own, per hit, with the proper gearing that you wouldn't need Sibat's Stp+10...

For 2 months, Eminent Lance didnt exist, I'm pretty sure most people here know to pick the ilvl 117 weapon over the ilvl 106 (or 109 wtv) weapon.
