Probably the highest damaging bow that can be purchased. Though I prefer the Vision Bow (rare/ex) while the damage is slightly lower, it's delay, Str+ and Racc+ is higher.
They seriously need to stop adding useless Bows [RNG only]...
This is beaten by Relic/Empy/Mythic, of course, along with Harrier +3 & Bateleur +3 (with correct augments).
