If you aim for Cure Potency +6% and Additional Effect: Stun, dual wielding this with Templar Mace will give you more potency and MND than the current top Magian staff. While giving up /SCH will not be ideal in most situations, a dual wielding WHM/DNC with these two clubs will do fantastic in Campaign where you want both cure potency and damage output.
