Latent appears to be active when below 50% HP so I wouldn't bank on this for a sub 70 6-hit build. It has comparable damage to the Daihannya (which is the better piece of the two) in 2 levels, but lacks the STR mod. Get it if it's cheaper, I suppose
This weapon is pretty good, however, the lantent on it can be tricky to trigger, if you consider buying this weapon and want to know when your at 50% HP, make a macro "/echo HP<hpp>"
