these bolts are very useful for alot of monsters. i used them as (cough) a drk/rng for lvls 20-33 was very handy bc it sort of displs the target. you cant have defence up and def down too. use against crabs crawlers pugals and good for the mandies too. these will make a hard mob easier, great for qufim and to the jungles. i stoped useing after that bc i just couldnt hit anything but good for most of your xp mobs
The Additional effect: Weakens defense is a 12.5% Defense Down effect for 1 minute.
It will overwrite those pesky mob Defense Boost moves like Cocoon and Scissor Guard. It will also stack with other defense lowering effects like Dia and Box Step.
And it is a wind-based effect, so mobs that are wind-based like Colibri will rarely, if ever, be affected by it.
