As BST, I found this much more useful than Viking axe when it could be equipped. Life Belt already gives +10 ACC and this saves you the trouble of that -10 EVA from Viking.
Definitely a good Axe for its level and maybe a little beyond. If you can get this, then do so, but the +1 isn't that small a downgrade if this is too expensive, like it was for me.
