One of the better low level BST items as well. Signa can temporarily be used in place of melee gear if you have difficulty charming. Has very good longevity for BST.
Lottery spawn of Yagudo Mendicant around H-10 on Map 1. You need to drop down the hole in H-7 on Map 1 to reach the area where he spawns. He can spawn anywhere in H-10.
Soloable: around level 25.
Uses Benediction when he gets to about 50% HP.
Spawns: once approximately every 1-3 Vana'diel days (1-3 Earth hours).
Monster Signa is amazing for debuffs until 51, when you should get Light/Earth staves. Chanter's is better for buffing party because of singing skill, maybe get a few atk out of minuet. Pick this up til 51.
@Tanhahnaru- same reason most things go down in price, the market gets flooded with items while demand for the item goes down. That's why Scorpion Harness, Haubergeon, and similar items decrease, since supply never drops.
This is a good weapon for Beastmaster because of the "HUGE" Charisma boost! On our server it is on and off camped so it should be worth the while of camping for it.
Basically the same for BST what everybody's saying for BRD -- use this until you get Light/Apollo's at 51. 8 CHR is the most you're going to get on a piece this early.
