Real easy and cheap to make if you know where to get the materials. And good for BSTs for a cheap food to give your pet the extra edge vs them Tough mobs.

Crystals~Farm or 500g at AH
Eggs~ Port Sandy Vendor inside the airship dock sells them for 50g each
Land Crab Meat~Farm or AH for about 3,500g at AH
Flour~South Sandy Grocery Store for 36g each
total cost roughly 5000g
