You almost had it for a minute. Dual Axes isn't really worth using until 40+, and doesn't come into it's own until 55 (Rampage). Until then, Great Axe holds the best low level WS bar none: SHIELD BREAK. Open fights with upwards of accuracy+40 for every melee/ranged DD? {Yes, please.}
Same goes for DRKs.

One extra WS hit won't hold a candle to how many extra hits people will be landing because you boosted everyone's accuracy at the start of a fight.
Please, Please use one of these. If you are a WAR, you should use a GA class weapon at least until lvl 20 when you can dual wield regular axes. GA class weapons are specifically designed for WAR, with weaponskills only usable when using war as main, and have the highest DOT possible for warrior only able to equip one weapon. Not to mention GA is the only skill a war has A+ rating in.
