This is actually not 30% haste as Fail has quoted, but actually 15% haste.

Haste from this does not overwrite itself so you can't have perpetual haste. It will not proc until your current haste effect has worn off. Haste from other sources such as from a WHM or BP will, however, reset the timer.

Will proc and overwrite Slow I like normal haste. Same rules apply.

Haste from this dagger shows no animation or in-game text when proc'd.

When it procs,it give you the haste effect,like if a whm casted haste on you,popping the haste icon on you ecc.

Anyone know if the haste can proc while already active and thus overwrite itself, potentially resetting the duration to start?
