For the price (I paid 10k), this is actually worth a look. If you utilize Spellcast, this is a great piece to maintain a maximum HP/MP setup. Personally I use it while resting to cut down the difference between max MP in hMP gear, and in standard idle gear.
If you don't have Astrals or Ether or other HP->MP rings, these are seriously nice rings given the price of them compared to others. Use something like Electrum Rings or a Mana Ring at night.
