If you WHMs want to have a good hMP piece for healing, then do a few runs of Nyzul Isle HNM20 and get some goliard clogs. Whether you host them or not, when you get to lot and win the piece, you're going to get a much better set of hMP feet and! A piece with +MND for stoneskin and magic acc for repose. But these are nice until then.
Hopefully your tanks don't suck so badly as to need to worry so much about enmity. More haste the better, the faster your recasts as needed for Haste cycles and the freakin' crazy slow Blindna, because you know those melees always cry for Blindna. ;) I cast in fast cast, swap in for max Haste before the end of spell, and sold these back when I got full Yigit. Have been looking at them again to help further my new HMP set til I get the ZNM drops, but otherwise, these aren't anything amazing. Don't underestimate Haste for your recast times and how much of a difference that can make. (Of course, I do have a full +1 set, so...) No comment on the MND, since I swap into other pieces to get high MND procs on Cure V and such, but I never say 'meh' to MND. ;)
I love +hMP as much as I'm an Acc *** on melee. I like these over the Pumps, and one more -Enmity. Mnd is meh, more hMP in the long run is better. I like these.
And 2% haste is nothing drastic at all for a Whm, unless you are meleeing in like campaign battle. :P
I won't say one is better than the other - I guess personal preference.
