Why would anyone ever use a Chivalrous Chain? You get PCC 27 levels earlier and it has twice the accuracy.

(The answer is that it's cheaper and has different stats that may be of use. The same applies here.)

Why would anyone use this over Beak Necklace +1? Same hMP and 12 extra mp plus 5 def, not to mention that you can use it 10 levels earlier so should already have it by the time you hit 60. Just my opinion though
