A nice piece for a blm untill seer's crown +1, niceINT boost, mind the enmity though, this can be dangerous . also gives that earlier rdm look to rdms ^.^
If you're going to solo blm -> 29 this is an excellent choice. 2 INT is a nice bonus at this level and the 2 enmity doesn't matter when soloing (as you will most likely be /nin)
As for partying I say bring it but don't use it unless your tank can keep hate.
This is of course only if you prefer not taking hate and being killed. ^^
