Used on Evasion build's or if you have them on you and desperate for acc. No point tp'ing in dusk gloves if you're at a 70% hit-rate on a mega boss etc.
Not to bad for the jobs that can use it, the acc and eva is always nice.
All around good for SAM execpt it lacks STR and store TP which the Hachi hands offer, i did use to TP in this, i have Store TP merits though. If you dont have merits, use the Hachi.
I dont play NIN but i can see this as a good piece for them, +6eva +6acc would be awesome, +6acc for TP gain to hold hate, and eva(duh)
Nice hands for MNK, i'd use the AFv2 tho, if you dont have them i see no problem using these. (I dont play mnk either just throwing stuff out there)
