Very good boots if you cannot get your hands on the Scout's Socks or the Hachiryu Sune-Ate. As you can see these provide Ranged Attack+6, while the Scout's Socks provide Ranged Attack +10 which is typically better but some people also argue that the Hachiryu Sune-Ate which provide AGI +10 are better... In my opinion I would just say the both are very situational. If you are having a hard time landing shots I would say use the Hachiryu Sune-Ate, but if your shots are landing with no prob and you would like extra dmg for both weapon skills and RA go for the War boots+1 or the Scout's Socks.
