Not only is it a 1% chance to HQ, but you either have to use a drop from an NM (1 day spawn) or farm wyvern skulls which are r/e from hurricane wyverns in ifrit's cauldron, making materials a pain to get, making it a rather rare item. As for it being -worth- 3mil for 1 str, it's more of a "lookit my white box" item XD
other than the "pimping" factor, i can't see why + 1 STR, + 1hp and + 1 fire res, justifies the monumental price difference in the NQ... maybe somone can enlighten me... ;p
