Caught by fishing at the lake in Sea Serpent Grotto around J-12.

Used in quest "Secret of the Damp Scroll" for the ninja scroll Jubaku: Ichi.

I'm not 100% on this, but pretty sure. Once you complete this quest you are unable to catch these anymore. I used to catch them very frequently until completing it and now I can't seem to catch a single one. Good news if you want to remove it from the possible catches in SSG.

Still catching these after completing the quest for Jubaku: ichi.

Seems to be quite common as well, I got 3 Scrolls and 2 Norg Shells in less than 1 Hour fishing for Grimmonites.
