For those wondering, this does grant the effect to jobs that do not get Occult Acumen.

Still, not an amazing piece in any way, but I'm sure some will find a use for it, somehow.

@Deadwing No, you can't. Occult acumen only works on spells that use Elemental or Dark magic skill and do damage to the enemy. Conserve mp gear would indeed be the way to go. Unless the potency of the buff you're casting is affected by enhancing magic skill, in which case Olympus sassh, or it's Refresh, in which case Gishdubar sash, or a Drain spell, in which case Austerity belt +1.

Adds +3 TP to nukes for DRK at 95.

Tested it on rabbits in East Ron.

I did this Drk/Sam naked only wearing a Rajas ring, nukes are also effected by STP so you could get a much higher return if you stack STP gear.

Could be useful in situations where you don't want to be TP'ing on the mob like Voidwatch~
