This earring doesn't actually suck as a certain person said. Acc shouldn't be an issue for you at this point in the game on almost anything. There's not many better earrings for those jobs that are listed there. Depending on your attack level already you might better off with a str earring but this is hardly a bad earring.
This has more Attack than the Divine Might earrings, and if you're using Razed Ruins (Hint: You should be), you're capping Accuracy as long as your skill is capped, and your other gear isn't god awful.
My regular ATK is 688 on NIN. When I swapped this in, I was at 700 ATK. I took off all my gear, and have 460. When I put only the earring on I have 472. Both of those comparisons are a 12 point difference, 2 more atk than what's stated on the earring itself. I think there's a hidden effect, but I don't know what.
