@Sindri, I'll agree that yes this is a very nice piece for Cannonball, but imo Auditory Torque is still slightly better due to the added VIT+4 and DEF:5, and it's only 3 less STR than HQ and 2 NQ. And since the latent is in effect while under a song/roll/favor, it's easy to always have the effect during endgame events. But that's just my opinion.

This would be a great Neck piece for DRG/THF using Martial Lance and Impulse Drive. Looks to be mostly a WS piece for HNM. I wantz one ^.^;;
