Hai2u new lowbie DD backpiece!

Sure it's only +1 Acc (+2 for HQ) but unless you need Nomad's for evasion I'm hard-pressed to think of another mantle before Jaguar that offers any appreciable bonuses for DDs. Nice to see SE tossing in some low-level accuracy gear.

Yeah! Although its isn't epic win or anything, for a strict DD newb, there isn't much better, especially at Lv26. Lv30cap stuff GO!

Sadly enough, the Immortal Molt required to make this is worth twice as much as the mantle itself...

The Leathercrafting requirement to make this is ridiculously low. I think it's an item anyone can make.
