Quite nice looking for Blue Mage mutli-hit spells (Disseverment, Frenetic Rip, Hysterric Barrage). All have DEX mod and benefit greatly from the accuracy, which will let you stack more STR/DEX in other slots.
Super cheap macro piece for Shijin Spiral to help keep consistent damage. The AH items that replace this are mostly above 1mil in price, so it's a big gap to bridge for most folks. Anything with similar DEX and STR/ATK on it will win in damage, when ACC is not a concern. There's a handful of Rare/Ex pieces that accomplish this.
