	Great Tp piece for Thf, even with the att-4, ive noticed a hidden proc while tp'n in the boots. I get haste proc everytime i hit a crit. strike. With merited max dex i see alot of crits and the haste symbols in my statuses bar. 2012-08-09 03:01:36
