Sthrnrebel do these have hidden dmg on them? If not, thats the reason why dmg is gonna be better on Wulong,KungFu,Dunes over these, these are prolly more for a kick build w/ Footwork
these increase the dmg without having to use footwork. the others only work while using footwork. so if you're just looking to add a lil to your normal attacks these are better.
I bought these to farm in and using footwork I noticed that I tear through the cockatrice much faster. Footwork gives me +34 att and these boots proc dbl att quite a bit, even I am /thf for farming.
I bought the first pair on Asura after release. As MNK75, my take is that Wulong Shoes are better than these. Gotenn and myself swapped between these and Wulongs for almost 5hrs after release and saw noticeably more damage from the Wulong's.
